About the Event
This 6-week skill-building program is led by a licensed therapist and other professionals in the mental health field. The facilitators present techniques for improving coping skills, particularly learning to respond –appropriately – rather than react to difficult situations. Participants will learn about emotions, where they come from, how to identify triggers, and how to manage them, especially in our personal relationships.
Bonus: 1hr bi-weekly individual therapy sessions included per participants' request. ($450 value) *Must be an ACTIVE participant*
